This is our Fighter's styled Strength and Conditioning Circuit combining HIIT and Plyometric movements to gain explosive power and improve your cardio. Perfect for all skill and fitness levels.
This class is designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of functional and body weight exercises that supports your every day life. It's not your average functional class as we have added natural movements/ mobility and body weight training/Calisthenics to this class because what better way to build strength and gain mobility, than using your own bodyweight.
Like our Muay Thai Classes, our Dutch Kickboxing class is beginner friendly. It involves a combination of multiple striking based martial arts, that incorporate techniques from three martial arts; Kyokushin Karate, Western Boxing and Muay Thai. Another great full body work out and conditioning.
Its strengths are its explosiveness superior boxing and powerful shots.
We have created an all-in-one training facility for our members where they can access the gym to practice their striking, work on their cardio, functional movement or strength and conditioning by utilising our state of the art equipment.
Our personal training services are in high demand and are available by request.
