Our beginner friendly BJJ focuses on the skills and technique needed to take down an opponent, gain control, and obtain a dominant position to force them into submission. This class is designed to increase muscle mass and improve your strength and endurance through a variety of bodyweight and weight training exercises. It's not your average Strength class as we incorporate Calisthenics to this class because what better way to build strength and gain mobility, than using your own bodyweight.
